• PLUNGERS: A special thick solid ceramic for long life, strong durability and more resilience.
• CRANKCASE: Precision die-cast, large cooling fins and anodized for maximum heat dissipation. Sight glass, fill and side and bottom drain plugs.
• BEARINGS: Oversized for maximum life and load disbursement, needle bearing on the drive side and ball on the non-drive side. Each bearing is held in position on the crankshaft and crankcase by snap rings. This assures positive alignment and centering of the connecting rods and crankshaft in relation to the crankcase, it also eliminates the crankshaft from floating.
• VALVES, SEATS, AND SPRINGS: Stainless steel with specially designed Ultra Form cages to provide extra long life and positive seating.

XMV3G27 Annovi Reverberi (AR) replacement pump. 3 gpm @ 2700 psi. Fits most gasoline powered engines between 5-7 hp with 3/4" horizontal shaft with shaft key. Uses SAE 30 motor oil.
The frames of some pressure washer models do not allow proper hose connections (both garden supply & high pressure hoses). Be aware & conscious of this fact before ordereing a different style replacement pump.

AR(annovi reverberi) Plunger Pumps RKV4G37D-F24 are designed for a wide variety of high pressure washing applications. They are constructed of die-cast bodies and feature a forged brass head. Internal components include special thick solid ceramic plungers for long life and durability. Precision cast cooling fins are anodized for maximum heat dissipation. Oversized tapered roller bearings and the precision supports assure proper shaft alignment and maximum life. Valve cages of special designed Ultra-Form provide positive seating and extended life. One-piece connecting rods are either a special alloy aluminum or bronze oversized for strength and load disbursement. These pumps are designed for gearbox , belt drive, or coupling drive systems, electric motor 182-184 frame driven systems, or gasoline engine driven systems.

Hypro roller pumps are designed for agricultural and industrial spraying and transfer of a variety fluids. These include insecticides, herbicides, emulsives, aromatic solvents, liquid fertilizers and many other liquids. The economical rotary-action roller principle requires no check valves while providing positive displacement characteristics with less friction and lower starting torque than other pumps. Construction features include a castiron, Ni-Resist or the new SilverCast™ body and rotor, 416 stainless steel shaft, sealed factory-lubricated ball bearings, cartridge-type lip seals of Viton, Buna-N or leather, and versatile Super Rollers. (Super Rollers feature the life of polypropylene and the chemical resistance of nylon.) Rotation for all models is counterclockwise for easy tractor PTO drive, except models 4001 and 4101 which are clockwise. Pumps are available in reverse rotation.
